How does the ordering process work?

Select your desired products and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have made your selection, click on "Check out" to complete your order. Once you have entered your contact information and delivery address, proceed to shipping. Unless otherwise stated we ship our goods free of charge to you by Deutsche Post.
In the next step, please enter your preferred payment method. Therefore we will forward you to our payment service PayPal. Once the payment process is completed, we will confirm the received order by e-mail first and then the shipment of your products.

I have received a discount code. How do I use it?

Once you entered the "Check Out" you will have the chance to enter your discount code in the empty "Discount Code" field. After clicking "Apply" the discount code will be redeemed. Discount codes don't stack, you can use one code per single order.

How long does the delivery usually take?

We ship our products directly from Germany. Depending on the destination country and the shipping method, delivery usually takes between 3 and 9 working days. 

What should I do if the delivery is damaged or does not arrive?
